Happy Valentine's Day! Write what you LOVE!

Wednesday, January 25, 2012

Check out this interview on Anderson Cooper's show from last week. He interviewed Amanda Hocking who has self-published two series of books and has become quite successful. As in the words of Winston Churchill. "Never never never never give up."

Keep Writing!

Happy First Official Week of the New Year! So it's a new year and I have made my new year's resolutions. One is -- to keep up this blog. I will soon be posting more from "Frogman" and I will also be posting chapters from a new novel I am working on. So for the writers out there, write on!  And everyone else, I hope you accomplish many, wonderful things this new year. So here is a very charming quote from Oscar Wilde, "Be yourself; everyone else is already taken."

Creation Museum in Petersburg, KY

Sweet little dino looking for a frog at the Creation Museum.
Hey, I found a frog...
Looks like someone else found this big guy too. =(

My three little tadpoles tuckered out from all the fun they had at the museum.

The Creation Museum was awesome. We stayed five and a half hours and still didn't see all the exhibits. Gluten free food too in Noah's cafe.  Well done and very educational. We'll definitely go back. Fun for all, even my niece who was stricken with strep throat enjoyed it. In my defense, I didn't know she was sick until we got back to the hotel. =(
